Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will collaborate with a global network to facilitate the execution of contracts and maintain purchasing relationships with vendors. Your position will be integral to our operations, working closely with the regional purchasing manager and local colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies in alignment with the Domain Purchasing Manager.
  • Oversee frame contracts with suppliers to safeguard our business interests.
  • Assess supplier performance based on quality, pricing, technology, delivery, and project advancement.
  • Conduct purchasing reports and analyses as needed.
  • Monitor delivery performance and assist in procurement activities for key suppliers.
  • Provide robust support to global plants to ensure a cost-effective balance between local and global sourcing options.
  • Execute NPI sourcing strategies and make timely sourcing decisions.
  • Conduct benchmarking to identify the most competitive sourcing options.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and project management.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes and project management principles.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and sourcing.
  • Background in demand forecasting, planning, and procurement.
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • A proactive, independent, and resourceful team player.
