Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Alibaba Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our fast-growing business team, Miravia.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be responsible for working closely with the Miravia business team to understand their strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth and innovative changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Partnership: Collaborate with the Miravia business team to understand their business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth and innovation.
  2. Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and exits, to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all employees.
  3. Cultural Development: Plan and execute cultural events and programs to cultivate a positive and inclusive culture, and to celebrate key business milestones.
  4. Coaching and Development: Deliver coaching and development feedback to managers and employees to support their growth and development.

Requirements:

  1. HR Experience: 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.
  2. Business Acumen: Ability to understand and analyze business data, and to develop strategies to drive growth and innovation.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and employees.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
