**Job Summary**

TD SYNNEX is a leading global distributor of technology products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of marketing finance transactions and associated processes within the marketing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide financial support to Marketing Managers to ensure that plans remain financially compliant.
  • Assist marketing managers with the preparation of plans from a financial perspective, while advising on best practice and challenging inappropriate use of funds.
  • Process vendor claims via vendor claim portals, ensuring that all required proof of performance is present and consistent with vendor guidelines.
  • Create purchase orders for external marketing service providers.
  • Investigate specific financial transactions and deal with associated queries.
  • Check cost and revenue postings in SAP to assist with clearing down aged transactions.
  • Communicate process updates across the marketing team.
  • Liaise with an internal shared service marketing finance team located in Barcelona.

**Requirements**

  • Experience of working in a financial/commercial environment is a pre-requisite.
  • Relevant financial experience is sought, financial qualification/education is optional.
  • Must understand the application of accruals and deferrals in relation to the management of the profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
  • Exposure to monthly/quarterly financial reporting and associated review processes.
  • Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking and pressured environment.
  • Able to work under own initiative and with colleagues located in multiple locations.
  • Able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
