Job Title: Buen Salario Community Manager

SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media campaigns across various digital channels to promote our hospitality establishment's offerings and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target KPIs.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create integrated campaigns that combine social media, influencer partnerships, and paid media efforts.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, e-commerce, and influencer marketing.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each aspect of the digital marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
