Responsibilities:

* Review and scan content on our social media platform
* Check if content is appropriate and aligns with our platform guidelines
* Evaluate reported content and make decisions on its suitability
* Safeguard the user experience and ensure a positive interaction

Requirements:

* C1/native Danish speaker + proficiency in English (C1)
* Well-developed critical thinking skills
* Affinity for social media
* Reliable and proactive approach to entrusted tasks
* Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is desirable but not required
* Committed to providing high-quality, accurate information
* Availability to work on weekends
