Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Job Type: Internship

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Content Creator to join our Social & Engagement business unit. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital content strategies that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Development: Work closely with our teams to create high-quality digital content that meets our clients' objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored content solutions.
  3. Content Production: Assist in the creation of content for various projects, including social media, blog posts, and email newsletters.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Help analyze and report on the performance of our content campaigns to inform future strategies.
  5. Social Media Management: Manage social media conversations, engagement, and customer service through our social media tools and workflows.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with our content and creative teams to develop innovative digital and social media ideas and campaigns.
  7. Presentations and Reporting: Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders using Google Slides.
Requirements:
  1. English Language: Excellent English language skills, with a high level of proficiency (C1-C2).
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or Marketing.
