Strategy Associate

PagoNxt Payments is a leading payment solution provider for merchants, digital platforms, and banks, and Fintech. As part of the Santander Group, we combine the strengths of a traditional banking institution with the agility and innovation of a Fintech entity.

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Associate to join our team in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. As a key member of our strategy function, you will work closely with leadership to define our business strategy and identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with leadership to develop and implement our business strategy
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Support leadership in preparing executive materials to support our strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy function in a large corporate
• Business Administration or Engineering background, MBA from a top-tier school is a plus
• Experience working in international environments, leading cross-country projects
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral
