About the Role:
Aeg Power Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct thorough audits and implement robust quality control systems.
- Interface with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, conduct reliability tests, and perform FMEAs to address design-related issues.
- Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and implement problem-solving methods for both internal and customer issues.
- Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans, and assist process owners in identifying production risks and managing risks in a preventive manner.
- Manage supplier quality, including supplier audits, qualification of new products, and participation in supplier classification.
- Participate in internal and external audits, such as ISO standards, and contribute to corrective actions to improve quality management.
- Establish and maintain an effective document management system with quality documentation and records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Electronics Engineer or equivalent experience in industrial assembly companies of electrical equipment.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the Quality department.
- Ability to work in a team and in international environments.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Residency in Vitoria-Gasteiz or nearby areas.
