Mind the Bridge is a global organization that provides innovation advisory services for corporates and startups. With a presence in key locations worldwide, we have been working as an international bridge at the intersection between Startups and Corporations since 2007. Our team scouts, filters, and works with 1500+ startups a year, supporting global corporations in their innovation quest through open innovation initiatives that often translate into curated deals with startups.
About the RoleAs part of our advisory business, we assess the open innovation activities of several corporates internationally. You will be supporting the analysis of such activities by studying large, international companies. The work requires the ability to develop a deep understanding of a company's open innovation activities and of how large corporates work with startups. In particular, you will be assessing corporate-startup collaborations under the different categories of Venture Client, Investment, M&A, Venture Builder, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Support the analysis of open innovation activities of large corporates
- Develop a deep understanding of a company's open innovation activities
- Assess corporate-startup collaborations under different categories
- Exposure to open innovation, a key business topic of the past few years
- Knowledgeable about the open innovation/startup scene
- English language proficiency and Spanish or Italian language skills
- Ability to expose findings in a neat, efficient way
- Ability to digest high volumes of information and package it in a professional way
- Ability to pitch ideas and produce well-crafted presentations
- CURIOUS and high desire to learn
- Passionate about innovation
- Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude
- Proactive in identifying problems and solving them
- Ability to give and receive feedback from team members
Employment Type: Internship, Full-time
Location: Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote per week)
