Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our cross-functional product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and function of our web applications.

Your primary responsibilities will include automating tests, enhancing our existing Datamaran E2E Test framework, and working closely with developers to test new features manually and automate tests. You will also develop performance tests for scalable applications, mentor testers on Test Automation best practices, and contribute to product discovery phases.

We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to quality and excellent communication skills in English. Prior experience working in an agile environment with empowered teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Automate tests and enhance the existing Datamaran E2E Test framework.
  2. Work closely with developers to test new features manually and automate tests.
  3. Develop performance tests for scalable applications.
  4. Mentor testers on Test Automation best practices.
  5. Contribute to product discovery phases.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of professional QA experience across several projects, focusing on JavaScript and Playwright.
  • Understanding of cross-browser testing.
  • Experience building and contributing to an automation framework development.
  • Experience with source control systems like Git.
  • Leadership experience, including the capacity to inspire and motivate team members in a distributed team.
