About the Role

In this vibrant position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing transparency within LanguageWire while spearheading our employer branding initiatives across social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and assist LanguageWire in crafting tailored communications aimed at both current and prospective employees. Expect to encounter exciting challenges and fresh news to share on a daily basis.

Your Team

You will be an integral member of the Strategy & HR Division, collaborating with a diverse, international, and dynamic group of colleagues. Our team operates across multiple countries, and you will work closely with our Change Communication & Brand Specialist.

Your Contributions

In this role, you will drive our internal communications by:

  • Overseeing the content of our internal platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the organization.
  • Assisting in content creation, copywriting, and internal communications for key stakeholders.
  • Managing the internal newsletter, including publishing, segmentation, and performance analysis.

You will also support our employer branding efforts by:

  • Implementing our social media strategy through content creation and collaboration with Marketing to manage our editorial calendar.
  • Managing our social media content and engaging with our audience.
  • Executing planned campaigns by developing visual assets and copy.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Maintaining employee testimonials and success stories on our website and job templates.

Additionally, you will promote our visual communications by:

  • Designing graphics and editing videos using tools like Adobe Suite.
  • Creating new designs in line with our existing design guidelines.
  • Building a repository of branded content for promoting open positions.
  • Collaborating with the Office Coordinator & Marketing to manage merchandise designs and quantities.

Desired Skills and Experience

To thrive at LanguageWire, you should possess:

  • A talent for both written and visual content.
  • Experience advising key stakeholders on internal communications.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or native speaker).
  • Expertise in Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Viva Engage, and SharePoint administration.
  • A keen eye for visual details complemented by a creative mindset.
  • Experience in copywriting or content creation.
  • Familiarity with content and communication platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
  • A structured approach to work, capable of managing peak workloads.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A master's degree in communication, marketing, or journalism, along with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to create social media content with SEO principles in mind.
  • Experience in change communication.
  • Familiarity with tools like Lightroom or After Effects.
  • A natural ability to align employee needs, leadership goals, and business objectives through engaging communication.
