We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fixed Income Trader Assistant at Arfima. As a key member of our trading desk, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Traders to assist and learn all aspects of trading and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide trading support to our Senior Traders, including data analysis and market research.
  2. Maintain and improve existing reports and procedures within the trading desk, ensuring seamless execution of trades.
  3. Collaborate with the trading team to analyze and implement existing and new strategies, driving business growth and profitability.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or economics.
  2. Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Demonstrated interest and motivation for financial markets, with a strong understanding of fixed income trading.
