Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for customers to remotely troubleshoot operational, hardware, software, and computer-related issues via phone and email, with a focus on Genetic System platforms such as NGS and CE. Act as a liaison between Technical Service and Application Support by assessing requests and addressing customer needs effectively. Play a vital role in achieving specific Global Service & Support (GSS) targets. Collaborate closely with Support and Field Service Engineers to prioritize tasks. Provide professional support and service activities to ensure optimal customer assistance. Deliver flexible telephone support while striving for customer success in utilizing instrumentation. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries in accordance with contractual agreements. Qualifications: A master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline. Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and German (additional language skills such as French, Spanish, or Italian are advantageous). Strong problem-solving skills and relevant experience. Practical experience in NGS. Familiarity with fundamental techniques related to Molecular Biology products, along with a background in related instruments and applications.
