About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PDC Supervisor to join our team in Madrid. As a PDC Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of logistics employees and coordinating the work of your team to ensure the efficient flow of product in and out of the PDC.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign work to ensure the expedient flow of product in and out of the PDC.
  • Lead by example with the highest degree of integrity and promote a safe, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
  • Lead warehouse operations within established cost, productivity, quality, inventory control, customer service, and safety metrics.
  • Foster a climate of continuous improvement and initiate or participate in improvement projects related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, or ergonomics.
  • Ensure the required skills and knowledge level of employees and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Prepare, direct, and coordinate reports and information, and participate in special assignments/projects.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated abilities in leadership, problem-solving, and change management.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership and supervision experience with PACCAR or other business experience.
  • Distribution, logistics, manufacturing, quality, or inventory control experience.
  • Ability to manage technical projects and proven communication and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fully proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Flexibility to work different and varied work schedules, including moderate travel as necessary.
