About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Resort Representative for Jet2 and Jet2Holidays. As a key member of our overseas team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our local partners to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
