**Job Summary**

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Industrial Engineer Trainees to join our team in Granollers, Spain. As an Industrial Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the improvement of our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Improve and manage spare parts inventory, following company guidelines and maintenance manager's instructions.
  • Redefine and digitize spare parts management process with technical team support.
  • Manage and control warehouses located in the plant.
  • Attend European regional meetings to follow and apply company standards.
  • Receive and manage plant's spare parts.

**Process Engineer Responsibilities**

  • Engage in Daily Management System Meetings to lead plans for loss analysis and loss eradication.
  • Coach and lead core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions using Lean problem-solving tools.
  • Address and guide to resolve technical issues in the line, applying problem-solving tools.
  • Analyze performance data to support Global Efficiency improvement.
  • Provide technical support to develop new cost-saving programs and execute projects.

**Quality Technician Responsibilities**

  • Participate in Daily meeting in production line.
  • Analyze complaints.
  • Participate in RCA (Root cause analysis) and coordination of the action plan to prevent recurrence of consumer and customer complaints.
  • Develop training modules to strengthen the operator's skills.
  • Be owner of Rapid methods technology and train operators.

**Requirements**

  • 4 years University Degree (Engineering degree).
