We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our team at Lonza, a global leader in life sciences. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
About the Role- Provide quality support to manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with quality standards during operations.
- Review batch records, electronic batch records, and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify the correct traceability of materials consumed in the manufacturing process.
- Perform equipment release during change over between product campaigns.
- Perform final product labeling.
- Provide quality support during shutdown and restart of systems.
- Review assay forms included in certificates of analysis.
- Formative cycle in Chemistry, Laboratory, or similar field.
- Biologics manufacturing processes and GMP knowledge is highly desirable.
- Availability for rotational morning/afternoon/nights shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to provide robust and agile quality support during process issues.
