Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients to ensure all services are delivered promptly.
  • Oversee and review financial reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, and other requested client information.
  • Lead and coordinate team efforts to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Organize resources effectively to meet client needs.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and make strategic staffing decisions.
  • Monitor team performance and project profitability.
  • Contribute to the overall business development strategy.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Center of Excellence and partners and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and taxation.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
