About the Team

The Business Planning and Operations team is essential in pinpointing strategic opportunities and fulfilling business objectives through quantitative analysis and collaborative efforts across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in strategic operations and analytical tasks within the e-commerce sector, integrating strategies across diverse areas such as industries, sellers, products, creators, and partners; work collaboratively to ensure effective strategy design and drive business growth.
  2. Utilize a data-driven methodology to develop business analysis frameworks, track key performance indicators, identify business opportunities and risks, and provide comprehensive business assessments along with actionable solutions.
  3. Conduct interviews and surveys with sellers, creators, and users to gather insights regarding their platform needs.
  4. Collaborate with various teams to establish annual and bi-monthly business objectives and implementation plans; regularly perform business reviews to summarize enhancement strategies and methodologies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with availability to start in Madrid.
  • Demonstrated sense of product responsibility and innovation, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills with a logical mindset, capable of systematically addressing problems.
  • Effective communication skills and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in English as a working language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preferred internship experience in e-commerce, business analysis, or strategy within internet companies or management consulting.
  2. Exceptional logical reasoning and data sensitivity; strong user-centric perspective, eager to leverage internet products to enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Good understanding of business models of content-driven platforms.
  4. Strong numerical reasoning and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel (knowledge of SQL is advantageous).
  5. Ability to influence business decisions and propose improvements through analytical insights.
  6. Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus); adept in cross-cultural communication and collaboration in a global environment.
  7. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
