Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and go-to-market strategy for Acronis cybersecurity products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaboration and Enablement: Work closely with product marketing to create compelling messaging and content, enable the sales team, and deliver positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
- Cross-Product Integrations: Define and drive discrete components of a cross-product integrations strategy across all layers, including engineering, sales, marketing, and product.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure business needs and directions are captured, and product visions are translated into executable roadmaps and release plans.
- Team Leadership: Attract, build, and run a diverse team of dedicated product and program managers working on cybersecurity solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with a proven track record of managing geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity products and the latest trends, with cybersecurity certifications a plus.
- 5+ years of experience building and leading teams, with expertise in recruiting and organization design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate a compelling vision.
- Knowledge of the service provider market is a plus.
