Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Agent to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as provide directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cabs, shuttle buses, and limousine/sedan services, and record advance transportation requests as needed.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Requirements
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, and read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
