Job Summary
The Risk Management team at Crédit Agricole Group plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining adequate risk management procedures to assess the risks arising from the activities of the UCIs, Private Equity vehicles, and managed portfolios. As a member of this team, the Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the following key areas:
- Market Risk Evaluation: Evaluate and quantify market risk, credit risk (including issuer risk and counterparty risk), and liquidity risk.
- Risk Limit Compliance: Calculate and verify compliance with the risk limits approved by the Board of Directors and investment committees, ensuring alignment with the risk profile established in the UCI prospectus.
- Liquidity Risk Analysis: Analyze and calculate liquidity risk at the level of UCI, financial instruments, and globally for all managed portfolios.
- Data Accuracy and Validation: Ensure the availability and accuracy of data in the system for portfolio and benchmark performance analysis, validate the benchmark, and make necessary updates.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the portfolio against the benchmark, identify asset classes with higher or lower performance, and contribute to the elaboration of internal reports.
- Reporting and Review: Review performance data contained in customer reports and ensure the accuracy of performance data.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Risk Management team in implementing and maintaining risk management procedures.
- Collaborating with the investment committees to ensure alignment with risk profiles.
- Developing and maintaining risk models and methodologies.
- Providing risk analysis and recommendations to senior management.
