About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Administration Specialist to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As an Assistant Vice President, you will play a key role in the administration of syndicated loans, working closely with our global network of offices and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Managers and Senior Managers in closing deals and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Manage the administration of loan transactions, including setting interest periods and reference interest rates.
  • Ensure effective management of client responsibilities and adherence to regulatory and statutory deadlines.
  • Calculate settlements and amounts to be paid by borrowers and lenders in accordance with agreements.
  • Manage loan administration for different jurisdictions, including the UK, NY, Japan, and other regions with loan agency needs.
  • Coordinate and manage communications with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Execute instructions for payment of interest and principal from borrowers to lenders.
  • Provide training and support to different jurisdictions and collaborate with the IT team to develop in-house software.
  • Manage and coordinate syndicated guarantees facilities and factoring facilities.
  • Monitor and control compliance with financing agreements and milestones.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the banking, financial, or legal advisory sector.
  • Experience in the banking sector is an asset.
  • Excellent work attitude, quick learner, and proficient team player.
  • Experience in syndicated loans administration, agency management, and review of financing contracts is an asset.
  • Fluent English is a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and can-do mindset.
