Operational Excellence Director

Page Executive is seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Director to lead our manufacturing operations across Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing manufacturing strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct manufacturing and production activities to achieve corporate objectives
  • Implement best practices, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and practices
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering studies (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar)
  • Postgraduate studies at a prestigious business school (a plus)
  • High English level
  • Proven experience in a senior manufacturing management role in an international multisite environment
  • Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an operational excellence environment or a related role
