En beBee Professionals España estamos buscando un Business Analyst analítico y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo.
Responsabilidades:
- Recopilar y analizar requisitos de negocio para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Realizar análisis de procesos y diseñar soluciones para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para comprender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas.
- Preparar informes y presentaciones con hallazgos y recomendaciones basadas en datos.
- Monitorear y evaluar el impacto de las soluciones implementadas y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.
- Gestionar proyectos y coordinar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Requisitos:
- Titulación en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en análisis de negocios o roles similares.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos y gestión de proyectos.
- Habilidades para interpretar datos y presentar resultados de manera clara.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
