About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Omega CRM. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
Requirements
  1. At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  2. Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce.
  3. Experience in developing lightning components is desired.
  4. Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
  5. Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus.
  6. Excellent spoken and written English.
  7. Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.
  8. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.
  9. Any other Salesforce certification is a plus.
