General DescriptionCompruebe a continuación si tiene lo necesario para esta oportunidad y, si es así, envíe su solicitud lo antes posible.The Health & Safety Data Specialist will support the Global Health & Safety (H&S) team by ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging communication of safety data, initiatives, and performance across Ocean Winds. This role is pivotal in embedding the H&S strategy, strengthening governance, and driving cultural alignment through clear, data-driven storytelling.Main AccountabilitiesData Management & ReportingCollect, validate and analyze safety data across all regions.Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that align to the global H&S strategy.Maintain consistent standards in incident and contractor reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.Lead global data quality reviews and represent OW in industry data panels (e.g. G+).Identify and implement reporting efficiencies and system improvements.Communication & EngagementTranslate technical safety data into clear, compelling insights for executives, frontline teams, and regulators.Manage communication platforms (intranet, SharePoint, MS Teams, newsletters), ensuring consistent, engaging content.Deliver timely alerts, lessons learned, Safety Moments, and global updates to drive awareness and learning.Support leadership in crisis and incident communication, ensuring swift, accurate messaging.Culture & ChangeAct as a safety culture “change agent” by reinforcing consistent, visible communication strategies.Collaborate with H&S leadership, regional teams, and corporate communications to align safety campaigns with company branding.Support training programs (e-learning, workshops) by creating accessible, impactful content and measuring effectiveness.Academic BackgroundDegree in Communications, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field (Health & Safety background beneficial but not essential).LanguagesFluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages highly valued.Professional ExperienceStrong experience in corporate communications, preferably in energy, renewables, oil & gas, or other high-risk industries.Demonstrated ability to manage data and reporting processes at global scale.KnowledgeStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).Proficiency with MS Office and communication tools (PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, Teams).SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage).Creative design capability to produce campaigns, visual dashboards, and presentations.Strong stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and project management skills.Key competenciesClarity : Translates complex data into simple, actionable insights.Engagement : Tailors communication effectively for diverse audiences.Integrity : Ensures accuracy and credibility of reporting.Collaboration : Builds trust and influence across regions and functions.Resilience : Performs well under pressure, especially during incidents.Other RequirementsRole based in MADRID or EDINBURGH, with potential for domestic and international travel. xsgfvud Hybrid work model in place.#J-18808-Ljbffr
