Its platform of innovative digital services optimizes the management of physical flows by coordinating the entire supply process, from production to delivery, thanks to its WMS, TMS, RMS and VMI solutions. It also streamlines logical and financial flows by integrating the systems of all players in the chain—from order to payment—through e‑invoicing, e‑reporting, EDI, P2P and O2C solutions.As Finance Manager & Controller you will be the area business partner of Corporate Finance and the local finance business partner of the Area General Manager ("GM") for the EMEA South region and Latin America, as well as the Group FP&A function.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in defining and monitoring the BU’s strategic plan.Prepare executive committee meetings, performance reviews and presentations for the Executive Committee (COMEX).Conduct market, competitor, and commercial performance analyses.Coordinate strategic projects (product launches, digital transformation, M&A, etc.).Monitor team roadmaps (tech, product, sales, marketing).Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.Budget construction and strategy.Pilot the P&L production.Manage the local Spanish Administration team in Madrid.Optimize internal processes (reporting, CRM, collaborative tools).Track the BU’s key performance indicators (KPIs).Directly manage certain topics (budget, HR, internal communication).Act as a liaison between the BU Director and the teams.Prepare internal and external communications.ARR / PS Revenue / PS Gross Margin, etc.Drive KPI monitoring and ensure process compliance.QualificationsMaster’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Management, Strategy, or IT.Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.Proficiency in management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, CRM).Strong understanding of technical and business challenges in the software sector.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.Natural leadership, diplomacy and political acumen.Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset.Discretion and loyalty.Fluency in English is required.Fluency in French is a plus.Additional Information• Attractive compensation package.• Hybrid working policy.• Excellent work conditions and environment.Generix is committed to building an inclusive environment, in which diversity and equity are truly part of our culture, so all positions are open to people with disabilities. xsgfvud Generix will process your personal data in the context of your application.
