Then this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity could be just what you’ve been waiting forWhat you do on a typical day• Responsible for the whole Operations Process in your rotation• Lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of a world-class service to our customer• Set, agree, and manage objectives and KPI's with direct reports to achieve a ‘best in class operation• Measure and review operational performance against company and customer KPI’s and implement appropriate actions to seek continuous improvement• Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes• Plan, supervise and coordinate Lelystad Platform operation during shifts / areas• Plan the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals• Provide training and assessments to teams.
