They are creators at heart. This role sits at the centre of creativity, product ownership, and game quality, with approximately 20 percent of the responsibilities focused on broader product and roadmap ownership.AsCasino Slot Produce,you will own the full lifecycle of each game, from initial concept through to final release. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, game designers, mathematicians, art, and commercial stakeholders to ensure every game meets both creative and commercial standards.Location : Fully RemoteResponsibilities:AsCasino Slot Producer , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Full ownership of game quality across the entire development lifecycleDevelop, define, and evolve game concepts, themes, and core mechanicsLead decision making on game vision and mechanics in close collaboration with the Chief Product OfficerOwn and manage the game roadmap, including planning, communication, updates, and follow upsCreate, maintain, and approve Game Design Documents and all supporting game documentationOversee game mathematics and mechanics from requirements through to final approvalCreate and maintain bet level tables for each gameAct as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding game releases and roadmap planningCollect stakeholder feedback, manage approvals, and ensure alignment before releaseProvide clear and timely information to the Marketing team ahead of upcoming game launchesOwn the quarterly roadmap and ensure successful execution against agreed prioritiesCommunicate a clear creative and product vision to the Art team, approving concepts together with the Chief Product OfficerWork closely with the Art Manager to review and approve assets, symbols, and logosTranslate stakeholder feedback into actionable tasks in collaboration with the Game Delivery Manager and Delivery ManagerOversee User Acceptance Testing for each game prior to releaseReview and provide input on sound design to ensure alignment with the overall game visionSupport Business Account Management with materials and information as requiredConduct final game reviews before release to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and satisfiedRequirements:At least three years of experience as a Product Owner, Game Producer, Product Manager, or in a similar roleExperience within iGaming is strongly preferredHands on experience with slot games or RNG based products is a strong advantageSolid understanding of game design principles, player behaviour, and monetisation mechanicsStrong communication skills and the ability to bridge creative and commercial teamsAnalytical mindset with a genuine interest in understanding what makes players engage and returnSelf driven, structured, and comfortable working in a creative, fast moving environmentThis is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute to the success of a high-performing organisation with a global presence.What we offer:Competitive Compensation: You will receive a highly competitive compensation package, which includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and other incentives, all reflective of your experience and contribution. xsgfvud Work-Life Balance: We value work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, recognising that achieving your best in your career requires a healthy balance between work and personal life.#J-18808-Ljbffr
