We are looking for a CX Strategist to strengthen our Marketing Automation capabilities.Main responsibilitiesAnalyze and define customer segmentation and personalize audiences for Email Marketing campaigns on our CRM platform.Coordinate the workflow of all communication channels, including creatives, messaging, preview, validation, and final sending of both broadcast and triggered campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.Propose and execute A/B tests in an agile manner to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.Use automation to provide continuous communication with customers through retention, upselling, cross‑selling, and engagement initiatives, driving profitability.Assist in building a strong CRM strategy aligned with local and global priorities, and devise new approaches to deepen customer knowledge throughout the conversion funnel.Measure, analyze, and guide decisions using data, and evaluate impact on business objectives.Create customer journey maps by evaluating touchpoints and maximizing purchase opportunities, identifying key metrics, and employing a growth‑hacker mindset.Master the internal Email Marketing tool to execute and manage campaigns via owned channels.Collaborate with the team to refine customer segmentation, mapping messages, and synchronize communications throughout the customer journey.Partner with relevant teams to increase web, mobile, and app recurrence rates, and continuously improve segmentation, retention campaigns, and offer performance.Analyze, manage, and report on the business performance of customer retention strategies and campaigns.ExperienceProven experience in planning and executing Marketing Automation strategies with successful outcomes.Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, notably Salesforce.Creative, flexible thinker with strong technical insight and ability to secure cross‑functional support for holistic business solutions.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across all channels, including SEO, paid media, and UX.Advanced level of English; proficiency in another language is a plus.What we offerPermanent contract.Flexible schedule to balance professional and personal life.Training and certification opportunities to advance your skills.Home office option.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, meal voucher, etc.).Health insurance.Participation in Omega’s social impact initiatives.About usOmega CRM, a Merkle company, is a global digital firm that accelerates the Business Experience (BX) of clients with customer‑centric solutions, technology, and data—leveraging AI throughout.
