Si su perfil encaja, presente su candidatura.Join the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) as a Machine Learning Operations Engineer (MLOps) within the Earth Sciences department of the AI Factory initiative.About BSCBSC is Spain’s leading supercomputing center, hosting MareNostrum, one of Europe’s most powerful supercomputers. It combines HPC service provision and research across computer, earth, and engineering sciences with over 1000 staff from 60 countries.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain AI software stacks and tools on the MareNostrum5 (MN5) supercomputer.Support deployment and scaling of AI workflows for users, especially in environmental applications.Collaborate with consortium members and external developers to integrate new software and ensure compatibility.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerization workflows (e.g., Docker, Singularity).Optimize MLOps workflows, including model versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related discipline.Experience:Strong background in MLOps, DevOps, or a related software engineering role; proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and workflow orchestration tools; experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); scaling generative models for production.Additional Competencies:Experience in HPC or cloud environments (valued); familiarity with climate science datasets (desirable); excellent communication; international, multidisciplinary teamwork; fluency in English.ConditionsLocation: BSC, Directors Department.Contract: Full‑time (37.5 h/week), 3 years.Hours: Flexible with extensive training plan and workplace benefits (private health insurance, restaurant tickets, relocation support).Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24 th and 31 st December.Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and cost of living in Barcelona.Start date: As soon as possible.EEO StatementBSC-CNS is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
