Your understanding & hands-on experience in how technology works in practice, from system design to operations, combined with your ability to identify and explain opportunities for improvement, will help to perform value-adding audits, provide actionable insights, and partner effectively with stakeholders.In This Role You WillSupport, design and execute audit reviews for operational processes, system implementations, applications, IT infrastructures and other IT related risk areas.Perform reviews that typically cover controls affecting IT Operations including system stability, data security & privacy, business continuity as well as controls along the software development life cycle (SDLC).Collaborate with key stakeholders across Amadeus including Business & Engineering functions to understand and evaluate major IT initiatives.Provide independent assessments and actionable recommendations to enhance technology processes and controls.Participate in advisory activities, leveraging your engineering mindset to recommend improvements to business practices, technical processes, and control procedures.About The Ideal CandidateHolds a university degree in Computer Science or related discipline(s);Has a strong background in Software Engineering and/or IT Operations, obtained through 6+ years of relevant experience in a multicultural environment;Is proficient in English (both spoken and written) and offers solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences – building trust, persuading stakeholders, and driving consensus.Relevant experience in IT/IS Audit, advanced technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence), proficiency with Data Analytics and the use of CAAT tools and professional certifications (e.g. CIA/CISSP/CIPP/ISO 27000/PCI DSS/CISA..) would be considered a plus, however not required.Diversity & InclusionAmadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the tech industry, enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment, attracting the best talent from all backgrounds, and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience. xsgfvud Amadeus is an equal opportunity employer.
