We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.Role OverviewWe are seeking a VP Content Partner Management to lead our global partnerships with top-tier content providers. This executive will own the performance growth and strategic direction of our relationships with Hollywood studios and key European SVOD / FAST-AVOD players within the TitanOS platform.The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep experience in the streaming industry proven success in achieving aggressive growth targets and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall performance of TitanOSs Hollywood and European SVOD / FAST-AVOD content partners.Drive subscriber growth active user engagement and monetization (subscriptions and advertising revenues) across all key content partners.Define and execute partnership strategies that maximize content value platform visibility and user retention.Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to manage partners product roadmap integrations and optimize platform experiences.Build lead and inspire a team of 5 partner managers to deliver outstanding partner support and performance results.Represent the content partnership function in the TitanOS Executive Team contributing to company strategy commercial targets and long-term growth planning.Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at content providers ensuring alignment of goals and mutual success.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in content partner management business development or commercial strategy roles within the streaming or media industry.Proven track record managing high-value relationships with international content providers (Hollywood studios European broadcasters SVOD FAST AVOD platforms).Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding aggressive commercial and growth targets.Strong strategic acumen analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.Experience managing international teams and operations across multiple markets.Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing dynamic environment.Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; fluency in a second European language (e.g. Spanish French or German) is highly desirable.Compensation & BenefitsVery competitive fixed compensation and performance-based bonusOpportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the streaming ecosystem.A dynamic international and entrepreneurial company culture based in Barcelona.Reasons to apply :Change the future of TV A unique opportunity to join a well-funded high-growth company in the early stages to help shape a product / business that will impact millions.Opportunity to work outside of your comfort zone & develop professionally in an exciting & rapidly growing video streaming industry.Work in a diverse & international environment. xsgfvud If youre excited about this position dont hesitate to apply.
