OverviewPor favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.Join to apply for theApplication Delivery Leadrole atZurich Insurance .Zurich Technology Delivery Center (TDC) in Barcelona focuses on software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure to support Zurich's global business units.What you will doLead a team of engineers, developers, and quality assurance specialists to ensure that CLP platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.Continuously improve delivery performance and provide technical guidance and support to team members.Lead the implementation of IT initiatives utilizing your expertise in React, .NET, MS SQL, Azure DevOps, and Rest APIs to direct the development of robust and scalable solutions.Contribute to the assessment of customer needs, issues and business drivers and recommend processes and improvements to enhance CLP Platforms.Support the management of key stakeholder relationships across the organization to achieve engagement and provide technical leadership in the design and development of CLP Platforms.Ensure that IT requirements are properly addressed in projects and ensure delivery of assigned work streams is successful.Work with the business units to ensure that the disaster recovery capability meets business requirements, including planning, testing, communication and restoration of services in response to a major outage or disaster, as well as setting up IT services in coordination with the business.Support the management of service delivery for CLP Platforms according to Service Level Agreements and address gaps with the business.Report application service performance to the business and address application performance issues where necessary.Ensure compliance with IT applications, development and maintenance service management, governance standards and policies.Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards.Support the management of internal and external suppliers as required in the delivery of CLP Platforms.Support the development and maintenance of the CLP Platforms technology roadmap.Ensure compliance with appropriate internal control and regulatory requirements, and provide assistance and support for audits, where applicable.What makes you a great fitWe’re not seeking perfection, but if you meet some of these requirements you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team.
