Whether it’s arranging a private chef or nanny, securing a vintage car, or privatising a museum, we bring your holiday vision to life.This is a temporary 4‑month role from May 4 to August 30, 2026.As an in‑resort concierge within the Concierge & Stay team, you will play a crucial role in managing and assisting on‑site Le Collectionist guests for both concierge and villa related requests. You will welcome our international clientele in various rented properties, adhering to Le Collectionist’s brand standards in close relation with the Pre‑arrival team, you will contribute to consolidating the local partner network to offer the highest quality services and experiences to our clients. You will always prepare and handle several guests at the same time.Objectives:Prepare the guest's arrivalSupport the onsite team in setting up the seasonPre‑visit the properties you will have guests inParticipate in updating properties info in our toolsLink with the pre‑arrival team to ensure you have all information to prepare the guest's stayShop for any requested items and personalize the properties with adequate gifts and amenitiesGet in touch with the guests prior to their arrival to confirm check‑in timeEnsure the villa is checked and ready to welcome the guestWelcome guests and ensure an unforgettable stayWelcome the guest according to Le Collectionist standardsPresent the villa and its specificitiesOrientate the guest with understanding tools at his disposal, house and surroundingsBe available to the guest for any concierge request or change on a pre‑booked service during his stayBe able to invoice and charge the guestBe available to resolve any issue at the property during the stayEnsure admin and invoice follow‑up services you may have sold with the support of the pre‑arrival teamEnsure a smooth check‑out by inspecting the property in the presence of the clientsAdmin tasks: invoice and track payments with the support of pre‑arrival teams; charge clients; meticulously document any damages observed at the end of the clients' stayQualifications:Ideally, hold a degree in hospitality, tourism, or business schoolHave an interest in or sensitivity to the luxury and hospitality sectorValid driver’s licenseGood experience in similar missions (villa management/butler/hotel concierge…)Excellent knowledge of the destination and its ecosystemFluent in English; Spanish and French are a plusOrganized, meticulous, and detail‑orientedHighly autonomousExcellent written and verbal communication skills to establish strong relationships with clients and partnersStrong interpersonal skills and autonomySensitive to customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a sense of contact and the ability to build relationships easilyRigor, ability to prioritize and manage urgencyAble to multitaskHandles fast‑paced environmentWork Schedule and Specifics Our presence on‑site and the standards of our sector require working on Saturdays and Sundays (hotel model), especially during the high season.
