Are you ready to join us?We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Consultant to process and manage the customer’s payroll in Luxemburg. The ability to assess the user’s situation, fundamental wishes and needs;Curious, a need to figure out how things work (investigate)Analytical thinking & problem-solving skillsAble to handle complaints and challenging customersTeam player who is able to work efficient and independently;Working independently in a structured approach;Open to learn and have new experiences;Which task can you expect?Gather information on hours worked for each employeeCalculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer systemReceive approval from upper management for payments when neededPrepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecksAdminister statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paperProcess taxes and payment of employee benefitsKeep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiorsHandle requests and potential complaints from customersPrepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
