En Arelance sabemos que las personas son el activo más importante dentro de una empresa y por tanto invertimos muchos esfuerzos en buscar los mejores profesionales para nuestros clientes, y en ofrecer a nuestros candidatos los mejores proyectos.A continuación se detalla todo lo que necesita saber sobre lo que implica esta oportunidad, así como lo que se espera de los solicitantes.Buscamos un/a AI / ML Engineer para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial listas para producción, enfocadas en resolver desafíos de negocio complejos mediante el uso de IA Generativa, Machine Learning y servicios Cloud. El rol es 100% remoto y requiere un perfil técnico con alta autonomía, pensamiento analítico y capacidad de colaboración en entornos multidisciplinarios.Responsabilidades:- Diseñar e implementar soluciones innovadoras basadas en IA y Machine Learning con estándares de calidad productiva.- Aplicar modelos de IA generativa (LLMs), deep learning, chatbots y procesamiento de datos/imágenes según las necesidades del negocio.- Integrar capacidades de IA en sistemas existentes mediante arquitecturas backend, APIs y microservicios.- Desplegar, monitorear y optimizar modelos y aplicaciones de IA en entornos Cloud.- Analizar el rendimiento de modelos y soluciones para asegurar eficiencia, escalabilidad y efectividad.- Participar activamente en discusiones técnicas, proponiendo soluciones a problemas complejos.- Investigar y mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias y avances en IA y ML.- Brindar soporte técnico y mentoría a perfiles junior, promoviendo un entorno de aprendizaje colaborativo.Requisitos:- Experiencia de al menos 2-3 años en Machine Learning e Inteligencia Artificial aplicada.- Experiencia en desarrollo backend con Python.- Conocimiento en IA Generativa, LLMs, chatbots y automatización inteligente.- Conocimiento intermedio de AWS.- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.- Deseable experiencia/conocimiento en : Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, AI Agents, Docker, Kubernetes y CI/CD.Condiciones- Modalidad: Remoto 100%- Acceso a formación- Proyecto estable.- Rango salarial valorado: 32.000€-36.000€¿Te interesa dar el salto a un rol de liderazgo técnico en proyectos reales?
