We value a professional, open and international working environment and seek a motivated and detail-oriented SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant who will bridge technology and business needs, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' challenges.ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure SAP Payroll solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.Translate business requirements into efficient processes within SAP Payroll.Provide specialized technical and functional consulting in payroll and HR processes.Deliver training sessions and workshops to optimize end-user adoption of SAP tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integrations.Your profileMinimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP HCM, specifically Spanish Payroll.Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to perform analysis and debugging of related processes and systems.Problem-solving and accuracy: high capacity to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues, with strong attention to detail and rigor in execution.Adaptability and teamwork: proven ability to work effectively both independently and in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.Communication and interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration and understanding of needs.Location: Madrid or the surrounding area is mandatory, as this position will initially follow a hybrid working model.
