Our mission is to bring fast and accurate diagnostics closer to the patient, improving quality of life and facilitating clinical monitoring of kidney diseases.Joining RENALYSE means becoming part of an interdisciplinary team committed to innovation, quality, and real impact in the healthcare sector.Main responsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize electrochemical sensors for biomarker detection in biological fluids.Participate in the selection of materials and the development of surfaces and electrodes.Plan and perform electrochemical experiments.Analyse experimental results and propose improvements to designs and protocols.Collaborate closely with the engineering and product development teams for sensor integration within the device.Prepare technical reports and documentation according to the company’s quality and regulatory standards (ISO 13485) and medical device regulations.Candidate requirementsPhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines.Proven experience in electrochemistry applied to sensor development or detection devices.Knowledge of electrochemical techniques (CV, EIS, amperometry, etc.) and associated measurement systems.Valuable: experience in surface treatment, functionalization, and biomolecule immobilization.Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.Good level of English and proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.What we offerThe opportunity to join an innovative project with high social impact in the field of digital health.A dynamic, collaborative, close-knit, and highly technological working environment.Permanent contract and competitive conditions according to experience and qualifications.Professional development opportunities and growth within the R&D team. xsgfvud ContactInterested candidates may send their CV to , indicating in the subject line: “PhD in electrochemistry”.#J-18808-Ljbffr
