Translate business requirements into validated manufacturing solutions. Lead international SAP manufacturing projects from blueprint to go-live. Provide expert consulting on SAP PP/MES best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Identify and drive process and system optimizations. Conduct workshops and training sessions to align stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry-specific validation and service management standards. Lead global SAP PP/MES integration projects in a highly regulated environment. Drive digital transformation in manufacturing with real business impact.A successful SME SAP PP/MES should have: Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and SAP Plan-to-Produce processes. Expert-level knowledge of SAP PP and proven MES integration experience. Strong understanding of SAP ERP and manufacturing process design. Solid project experience, preferably in regulated industries. Familiarity with validation and service management tools (e. , ServiceNow).
