Quintas Advisory provides services throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to operations, using all our efforts and expertise to optimise asset status and deliver maximum long-term performance.ResponsibilitiesAssess technical–commercial solutions for PV plants, BESS assets, or hybrid (co-located) projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practice.Lead and manage assigned advisory or technical projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.Perform technical due diligence activities across PV or BESS projects, including the evaluation of design quality, operational strategies, risks, liabilities, and compliance with local regulations and grid codes.Review project designs produced by third parties, whether related to PV generation systems or energy storage systems, and provide clear technical recommendations and optimisation proposals.Analyse energy strategies and use cases, including PV generation modelling, energy storage applications (arbitrage, grid services, peak shaving, etc.), and hybrid system interactions.Support clients in understanding technology-specific topics, such as PV module behaviour, inverter performance, energy yield, BESS system components, EMS/BMS functionalities, warranties, degradation and lifecycle considerations.Evaluate grid connection requirements applicable to both PV and BESS assets, identifying constraints and opportunities for standalone or co-located projects.Contribute to performance assessments, energy modelling, and long-term operational evaluations for PV, BESS, or hybrid assets.Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams, external engineering firms, OEMs, and clients to ensure efficient and transparent project execution.Promote knowledge-sharing within Quintas Advisory, contributing lessons learned, tools, and methodologies across PV and BESS workstreams.Qualifications & Technical ExperienceDegree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energies, or a related technical field.Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with working exposure to either PV or BESS projects; experience in both will be considered a strong advantage.Ability to understand and review technical documentation related to PV systems (modules, inverters, layouts, yields) and/or BESS systems (electrical architecture, EMS/BMS, cycling strategies).Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt technical methodology depending on the project scope (design review, due diligence, performance analysis, grid compliance, etc.).Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with energy modelling software (PV or BESS-related) will be considered a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian considered a strong plus.Soft SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex technical topics into client-friendly language.Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and interact confidently with clients and external partners.High degree of flexibility and adaptability, capable of switching between PV and BESS tasks depending on workload and business priorities.Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.Proactive problem-solving mindset, taking ownership and contributing value from the outset. xsgfvud Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
