We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in their office in the Barcelona area. Our client helps global customers manufacture with precision—from aircraft to electric vehicles to medical devices. They thrive on collaboration and accountability, valuing every voice as they push boundaries and transform manufacturing.Las cualificaciones, habilidades y toda la experiencia relevante necesaria para este puesto se pueden encontrar en la descripción completa a continuación.Customer Service Representative with DutchThe purpose of this job is to provide front line support for customer order entry, order expedites, quoting, returns, price/availability, manage special promotions, billing inquiries/issues, service requests, suggestions & complaints.Responsibilities:Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, and directs customer to resolution of issue.Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, and communications.Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly & effectively & provides timely responses to customer inquiries via fax, phone, email, etc.and maintaining metrics goals.Resolves more complex complaints escalated by customer/sales force.Setup Customer Accounts (CRM and SAP), this includes working with other segments to make sure we are setup for reporting and function related to customer needs.Examine documents (PO, drawings, specifications, etc.) working closely various departs to enter material is flowing through processes. xsgfvud Enter orders in SAP, attached documents and send acknowledgmentsRespond to customer requests via phone or emailMaintain customer web-based interfaces i.e., portals (order retrieval, acknowledgments, uploading invoices, create ASNs and labels)Maintain scheduling agreements &/or Qty contractsWork with accounting to resolve receivable issuesEntry and track of customer complaintsOverall Support for Sales &/or Plant: Stocking Agreements, subject to certain facilities; Consignment Agreements, subject to certain facilities; KANBANRequirements:Fluent in German and Dutch languages mandatoryUniversity or technical/vocational studies preferredExcellent customer service focus and ability to remain productive under pressureStrong written and oral communication skillsWhat they offer:Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program (ticket restaurant, private health insurance, company pension plan), hybrid working contract, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
