No se demore, desplácese hacia abajo y envíe su solicitud lo antes posible para no perder la oportunidad.We’re transforming one of the world’s oldest industries with cutting‑edge technology and an innovative approach.Backed by top‑tier investors and recognized by Time as one of the "best Inventions of ****" and Fast Company as one of ****’s "Next Big Things in Tech", Electra is scaling rapidly and we’re looking for bold, driven individuals to help us reshape the future of iron production.If you’re ready to make a real impact in a company that’s redefining heavy industry for a cleaner, smarter world, we want to hear from you.Director of Sales and Business DevelopmentLocation: Based in Europe, preferably Germany.What You Will DoReporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Director, you will lead our commercial efforts across the European market.This role will focus on driving adoption of Electra’s low‑carbon iron among steel producers and expanding into specialist markets where sustainable materials are in high demand.The ideal candidate will bring deep industrial sales experience, strong market knowledge, and a passion for advancing clean technologies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a sales strategy targeting steel producers and specialist market segmentsDrive revenue growth and market penetration for Electra’s low‑carbon iron productsManage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance trackingBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the steel industry and niche marketsLead complex negotiations and close high‑value dealsStay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and sustainability initiatives across EuropePartner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales efforts with customer needsProvide market feedback to inform product development and strategic planningRepresent Electra at industry events, conferences, and trade showsRead, understand, and comply with all workplace health and safety policies, safe work practices, and company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorWhat We Need You To Bring To The TeamBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial, steel, or clean tech sectorsDemonstrated success selling to steel producers and navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder procurement cyclesDeep understanding of European market dynamics, sustainability regulations, and emerging trends in low‑carbon materialsProven ability to create and negotiate high‑impact contracts, including industry‑first agreements, in alignment with strategic goalsSkilled in conducting joint customer meetings with senior colleagues to drive new business and strengthen existing relationshipsExperience developing and maintaining a live CRM system to support sales operations and pipeline visibilityFluent in English and GermanStrong leadership presence with a hands‑on approach and able to lead by example as a working manager while driving new business and managing a personal book of accountsCommitted to building a high‑performance sales culture through regular communication, coaching, client visit observations, and team developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groupsWillingness to travel extensively across Europe to engage with customers and partnersWhat We Want You To Bring To The TeamAdvanced degree in business administrationAdditional languages are a plusCompensationExperience working for a high‑growth companyThe anticipated starting pay range for this position is $150,000–$195,000 US Dollars and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.AccommodationIf you need an accommodation during the application or interview process, reach out to us at ******. xsgfvud We’re here to help.Seniority LevelDirectorEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesPrimary Metal Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
