Constructor’s mission is to enable all educational organisations to provide high-quality digital education to 10x people with 10x efficiency.Es esencial asegurarse de que cumple con los requisitos como solicitante para este puesto; por favor, lea atentamente la información a continuación.With strong expertise in machine intelligence and data science, Constructor’s all-in-one platform for education and research addresses today’s pressing educational challenges: access inequality, tech clutter, and low engagement of students.Our headquarters is located in Switzerland, and we also have legal entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Singapore.Please send your resume in English only.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefine product features, write precise, detailed requirements, and unify them across projects and teamsFind solutions with engineering teamsDevelop a deep understanding of new customers’ needs as well as wants, collect and analyse their requirements and product feedback, and make data-driven decisions about the direction to growAnalyse product metrics to define a better approach to delivering products with superior quality and with a highly desired feature setProfiling of competitors in an assessment analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, review of competitors’ productsEstablish and implement practical requirements creation and management practicesFacilitate communication throughout the development process inside the company, collaborate with designers, engineers, support, marketing and other cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver the best product on the marketEstablish a pricing and licensing model for productsKey Requirements and Competencies3‑6 years of experience in software development projects as a program or product managerDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Product/UX Design or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experienceUnderstanding a software engineering conceptCommunication with customers: the ability to conduct presale and customer development, collect feedback and define requirements.Experience in working with project management and requirements preparation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Redmine, Aha, ProductBoard, etc.)Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsWill be a plus, but not necessarily: deep understanding and/or experience in SaaS and/or PaaS productsWhat We OfferChoice of work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.) Flexible schedule (we usually work between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET)‍ Remote work in locations without our officesHybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in‑office, 3 days remote):Constructorfosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
