In this role, you will help maintain a safe digital environment by reviewing user-reported content, responding to community inquiries, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.You will support users with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism while analyzing trends, identifying risks, and providing insights that improve the overall user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist users by handling inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and timely responses.Stay informed about platform products, community standards, and policy updates.Make balanced, well-reasoned decisions based on established guidelines.Investigate and resolve issues reported on the platform (account support, policy concerns, abusive content review).Enforce platform Terms of Use by monitoring reports of potential policy abuse.Analyze data and identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks in workflows.Provide high-quality written and verbal support.Escalate sensitive cases to the appropriate teams.Use market-specific insights to improve user support processes.Maintain cultural awareness of the region you support, ensuring consistent and fair policy application.Minimum RequirementsLanguage Requirements:Native-level Spanish (C2).Good English communication skills (B2 or approved equivalent test result).Analytical Skills:Ability to follow reasoning and analytical testing standards (minimum score based on internal assessment).Experience:Up to 1 year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, customer service, or similar process-driven environments (preferred).High cultural awareness regarding the supported market / region.Department WorkstreamsYou may be assigned to one of several workflow areas, such as:Business Integrity (moderately sensitive content)Content Moderation (including reviewing images, ads, videos, and comments)Intellectual Property ReviewUser Support (chat / email)Policy Enforcement & OperationsProduct Operations (gathering training data, reviewing videos, etc.)Compensation & BenefitsGross monthly salary: 1,045Performance bonus: Up to 160 per monthAgency contract: YesBrand use: NoRelocation Package (for eligible candidates)2-week hotel accommodationFlight ticket (within the EU)Airport pickupReal estate agency fee coveredWork-from-home conditionsIf relocating: WFH location is Athens.If local: WFH can be anywhere within Greece.Accepted DocumentsEU citizenshipFull-purpose or Specific-purpose work permit cardCertificate of Protection (refugees)Ideal Candidate TraitsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.High attention to detail.Empathy and emotional resilience.Ability to make sound decisions while following policy guidelines.Comfort working with potentially sensitive content. xsgfvud Motivation to contribute to a safer online community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
