This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in procurement processes. This position reports directly to Procurement Manager.How you will contributeVendor Research: Assist in research and identify new potential vendors.Database Maintenance: Help maintain a database of reliable and qualified vendors.Support management of contracts with Vendors such as CDA, MSA, WO or SA, if needed.Collaboration Support: Assist in tasks related to vendor collaboration.Supplier Reviews: Participate in supplier reviews and assessments.Support selection of vendors for Start-up studies according to financial conditions to increase the company gross margin.Procurement Documentation: Help in the preparation and maintenance of procurement documents.Ensure procurement records are accurate and up-to-date.What we value for this opportunityDegree in Life Sciences, Finances, Economics, Business Admin., Legal or similar.Basic understanding of financial topics related to procurement.Proactive, analytical, methodical, and organized.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Flexible attitude in response to time demands and unexpected events.Fluent in English and Spanish.The things you really wanna knowAt MEDSIR, we believe that employees today want to evolve in collaborative, high-growth environments where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally.
