We are feeding the world’s curiosityThe OpportunityCint is looking for a Team Lead for our EMEA & APAC Demand Integrations Team, reporting directly into our global lead. This role will see you supporting selected high profile customers, coordinating with internal stakeholders across various departments and regional leads while leading a small, highly specialized team of integration consultants in various locations. The Demand Integrations team's mission is to support our customers with technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations. As the Lead for EMEA and APAC, you will be responsible for the EMEA/APAC customers and their successful API integrations, the success of your team, and the success of the company overall. Additional metrics for every Lead are the health of the customer’s integration, the growth of the customer, and the speed to launch for every new customer. The regional leads work closely with the Customer Success teams, Account Management teams and also the stakeholders on our R&D team while also aligning globally with their North American counterparts.Candidates with a can-do attitude, a focus on people, mentoring, and a proactive, hands-on approach, who like to problem solve, embrace and thrive with change and who work well in a team environment will thrive in this team. This position is focused on our customers in the EMEA & APAC region and therefore requires the candidate to support and be flexible with these time zones. Remote working is fully supported as the team operates globally with various locations (and remotely). Travel for customer visits and internal team events may be required.The TeamThe Demand Integrations team is part of the overall Customer Experience Organisation. We work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between our internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams. We also close the loop between our internal tech and product teams with customer feedback and feature requests to ensure customer voices are heard. The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally. Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India.
