En Faes Farma , donde unimos pasión, ciencia e innovación para transformar la salud de las personas, queremos incorporar un/a Project Manager para el área de Mejora Continua . La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar la planificación, impulsar la ejecución y cierre de proyectos estratégicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos en tiempo, coste y calidad, de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable y en alineación con las prioridades del negocio. Responsabilidades principales: Liderar y coordinar equipos multifuncionales (ingeniería, operaciones, finanzas, calidad, entre otros), promoviendo la colaboración y la identificación de sinergias. Definir el alcance, cronograma, recursos y presupuesto de los proyectos. Impulsar y supervisar el progreso del proyecto mediante indicadores y reportes ejecutivos. Identificar riesgos y establecer planes de mitigación. Asegurar la correcta documentación y el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables (GMP, ICH, FDA, etc.). Promover la mejora continua y la estandarización de procesos de gestión de proyectos. Requisitos: Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Farmacia, Química, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o áreas afines. Alta capacidad de liderazgo transversal, organización y orientación a resultados. Experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años en gestión de proyectos industriales o tecnológicos; se valorará experiencia en la industria farmacéutica. Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión (PMI, Agile, Lean) y dominio de herramientas de planificación (MS Project, Jira, entre otras). Nivel de inglés fluido; otros idiomas serán valorados. Valorable experiencia en validaciones, escalados industriales, regulatory affairs o calidad. En Faes Farma creemos en la capacidad y el talento de las personas.
