IBERIA FINANCE DIRECTOR - ZONA SUR DE MADRID Important multinational manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Director located in the Southern area of Madrid. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a finance leader in a medium‑sized multinational manufacturing company. Experience in a manufacturing company and cost accounting is essential. High English level, SAP experience, and on‑site workplace are required.ResponsibilitiesDirect all aspects of accounting and finance management, lead strategy, asset management, and commercial goals.Coordinate strategic financial plan for both plants and business in Spain and Corporate, including expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, and other elements.Ensure all forecasts and budgets are prepared and motivate budget management.Responsible for monthly reporting of actuals vs budget including variance analysis, liaising with Management Team and Corporate team.Focus on all daily and month‑end accounting procedures for account results, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity, accounts receivable/cash application.Manage a team of financial analysts developing financial and valuation models, materials, and recommendations.Prepare audit reports, annual accounts and book registration.Keep in touch with banks and financial entities, individuals and state.Provide insight on spending trends, cost‑saving initiatives and margin opportunities.Inspect receipt of national and international customers, debt management and payment processing.Participate in company policy decisions and insurance reserve decisions.ProfileDegree or Master’s in Business Administration.Minimum 15 years total experience with 3‑5 years as a finance leader.Experience in a manufacturing company and cost accounting.Previous audit experience at a Big 4 or similar is a plus.Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.Knowledge of commercial laws and fiscal matters.Experience in reporting (monthly, budgets, forecasting).Experience managing a team.High English level.Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).ERP experience, SAP is a must.CompetencesHands‑on.Strong analytical skills and results oriented.Strategic thinking and a global perspective.Critical thinking.Communication and influence skills.Leadership and ability to motivate and work effectively in a team.Strong integrity and work ethic.Job OfferSalary package: €85,000 – 100,000 fixed + bonus + car allowance + fringe benefits.Final offer will depend on real experience shown in the process.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Workplace: On site.Location: Southern area of Madrid.Job managed by: Guillermo Recoder.Seniority level DirectorEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Finance and SalesIndustries Accounting#J-18808-Ljbffr
